However, if your sign breaks within 30 days because of a defect in the construction or materials, you can get a replacement, in-store credit or refund. All you need to do is take a picture that showcases the problem area and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, send the item itself. If Stokes Sign Company LLC can verify that the problem lies with the manufacturing, they will provide you a replacement, in-store credit or refund by crediting your payment method for the amount you paid.
